All bicycles used on our tours carry the red TS Mark, a certification issued after inspection by a licensed bicycle safety mechanic, and are covered by the insurance attached to it.

• Third-party liability: up to ¥100,000,000 where a third party suffers death or severe permanent disability (grades 1–7).
• Personal injury: ¥1,000,000 for death or severe permanent disability (grades 1–4), and ¥100,000 for hospitalisation of 15 days or more, where this occurs within 180 days of the accident.
• Victim consolation payment: ¥100,000 where a third party is injured and hospitalised for 15 days or more.

Please note that personal injury cover applies only to serious accidents meeting the conditions above. Minor injuries are not covered.

The insurance is underwritten by a group of six insurers led by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, under a contract with the Japan Traffic Management Technology Association.

当ツアーで使用するすべての自転車には、自転車安全整備士による点検・整備を受けたことを示す 「赤色TSマーク」が付帯しており、同マークに付帯する保険の補償対象となっています。

• 賠償責任補償：第三者が死亡、または重度後遺障害（1～7級）となった場合、最大1億円。
• 傷害補償：死亡または重度後遺障害（1～4級）の場合100万円。事故発生日から180日以内に15日以上入院した場合10万円。
• 被害者見舞金：第三者が負傷し、15日以上入院した場合10万円。

傷害補償は上記条件を満たす重大事故に限られ、軽微なけがは補償対象外となります。

本保険は、日本交通管理技術協会が契約者となり、三井住友海上火災保険を幹事会社とする 6社の保険会社により引き受けられています。

• A 10–15 minute safety briefing is held before every departure.
• All participants complete a safety waiver on their own smartphone via QR code.
• Participants must be at least 150 cm tall.
