Yuki was excellent! The bikes were in great shape. I felt very safe even with so many cars around us. Yuki took great care of us and showed us the sights. My only complaint was the group I got stuck with was quite rude to me when they found out I was American. That has nothing to do with Yuki who still gets five stars, but to the Belgian “gentleman” and the Kiwi who was equally delighted to talk about everyone’s politics (including Japan’s) and not their own, I hope your brakes don’t work on your next bike tour.

I love how Hiro quickly connected the group to the city, japanese culture and eachother. He safely guided us through  the streets,  taking us to important cultural attractions and hidden gems we would not have otherwise known about. Learned so much about Japanese people and their culture. I especially enjoyed the lovely “mini picnic” and snack break in the park and the great conversations with Hiro and  our group.
