The delivery address should be an address in the 23 wards of Tokyo, the name of the building or Enter the name of the convenience store.
The delivery address and return address are the same as the delivery address.

After entering everything, click “NEXT”.

Settlement at last!
Confirm your order and enter your billing address.

You can pay by credit card.

When you have finished entering your details, click on ‘Place Order’.
The booking is now complete.

On the day of booking
You will receive detailed information in your registered email.
It includes a photo of the bike, location information and lock number.
Follow the instructions to start your rental and enjoy the sights.

After enjoying the sights, return the bicycle.
Dial-lock the bicycle.
Park the bicycle where you first parked it.

Please take a photo of your bicycle showing where it is parked and send it to us by email.

(screenshot from location app or photo of the building)

This completes the return procedure.
At this point, the payment amount is finalised.

1.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the bike is hired.
Please also inform us of any changes to the delivery time or delivery address.

2. Regarding the e-mail with detailed information about the bicycle

Delivery times may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated arrival time by email.

3. Return time
If a bike is returned after the return time, an extension fee of JPY 3,000 per bike per three-hour period will automatically be charged.

4.Return Location
Free of charge within 23 wards only if you contact us at least 2 hours before the end of the rental period.
(In case of unauthorized change, the fee will be 4,500 yen.)

Outside Tokyo 23 wards: JPY 4,500 per unit
Outside Tokyo: JPY 15,000 per unit
