Bicycle Delivery Process
How to place an order for delivery
STEP1

Click on “Order delivery” on the top page or “DELIVERY” in our menu page.
STEP2

Please select your preferred date and time from the calendar.
※Reservations are accepted up to the day before. For same-day bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail.
STEP3


1. Full name

4. Your Hotel’s name
5. Hotel Reservation Name
5. Number of bike(s)
6. Is there a parking lot/space in your hotel? (Yes/No)
7. Your height(s)
※ If there is no parking lot/space in your hotel, we will park on a public street by the guardrail, so make sure to be on time and pick up as soon as you receive our delivery confirmation email.
After entering everything, click “NEXT”.

Confirm your order and enter your billing address.
You can pay by credit card.
When you have finished entering your details,
click on ‘Place Order’.
Your booking is now completed!
《IMPORTANT NOTES》
1.Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if you contact us 24 hour before the delivery time.
You can also inform us of any changes to the delivery time or delivery address.
In that case, contact our customer support by email.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time are not refundable.
If notice of cancellation is received from us 1 day prior to the delivery date, on the day of the delivery, or in case of failure of delivery on our side: 100% of the fee is refunded.
*In case you want to cancel due to rain on the delivery date, we will charge you same cancellation fee as above (we usually make delivery if the rain is not too heavy)
** In case of heavy rain, it is free to change the delivery date if there is availability on your desired date. (we will reach out to you before the delivery date or please contact us before the delivery date)
*** When we judge it’s dangerous to do biking (strong wind, heavy snow, severe typhoon, disaster, etc.) we will let you know the day before the tour. In this case, we will not charge you cancellation fee.
2. Regarding Delivery
Delivery time may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated arrival time by email or WhatsApp.
If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer support.
Bicycles are delivered in good condition, but please inspect your bike before riding. Check the front/rear wheel bolts, brakes, saddle, handlebars, tire pressure, etc. We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by failure to check your bike.
3. Return time
If you send us the notice of return after the return time, an extension fee of ¥10,000 per bike will automatically be charged (+24h use)
4. Return Location
How to Return Your Bike:
1. Park the bike in the same location it was delivered.
2. Lock the bike using the chain lock
In case of unauthorized return location change , the fee below will automatically be charged.
Outside Tokyo 23 wards: ¥5,000 per bike
Outside Tokyo: ¥15,000 per bike
