– Get off at “Shibuya Station” (渋谷駅) on the JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro, or other lines.
– Follow the signs to the Hachiko Exit (ハチ公口).
– After leaving the Hachiko Exit, walk toward Shibuya MODI and Tower Records.
– Continue straight up Koen-dori Street (公園通り).
– Keep walking toward NHK Hall and Yoyogi Park.
– Shibuya City Office will be on your left.
– Meet your guide near the main entrance of Shibuya City Office.
